		<description>Great advice. I have a friend going back to school soon to earn his second degree. I think it&#039;s a good idea for those finding it tough to get hired during these down times. If you can find an entry level position you will definitely be thankful for the experience you gain. Luckily for me, I have a steady job (knock on wood) that I continuously learn from and receive experience from if I decide to move on.</description>
